Emergency medical service

This service works with the different departments of the airport, the place has 3 medical services and all the necessary utensils to aid passengers, visitors, and airport workers, as well as ambulances for transfer to different hospitals in the city. The doctor and nurse on duty will be responsible for the reception of the request and attention.

In Terminal 1 you can locate the service here: National Area, Room “B”. You can contact us at: 55 2482-2424, Ext. 2243 and 55 55 5571-3084. Service hours are 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In Terminal 2 the service is in the national area at position 75. The telephone numbers are 55 2598-7000 Ext. 7007 and 7008 and it is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In the International area, the service is in Terminal 1, in the last waiting room at position 25, (access through room “G”). The telephone numbers are 55 2482-2424, Ext. 2535 and the hours are from 07:00 to 22:30 hrs.
