Terminal 1

There are six information modules at your service, which provide orientation regarding flight arrival and departure times, airlines, authorities’ offices, baggage claim, paging of people and information related to other services provided at the airport. For easy location, the following is the location of each of the information modules:

Fox Module. Reference: It is in front of the Terminal Terrestre bridge, next to the fast-food area, Terminal 1. Hours: 6:30 to 22:00 hours, 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2482-2400 Ext.2727.

Room A1 (Domestic Arrival). Reference: it is in the ambulatory of the National area. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2482-2400 Ext. 55 2259 and 2588.

Room E1 (International Arrival Central and South America). Reference: International area ambulatory room E1, Hours:6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2482-2400 Ext. 2288 and 2341.

Room B (Domestic Departures). Reference: in the center of Concentration Room B. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2482-2400 Ext. 2414 and 2387.

Room 19 (International Departures). Reference: next to the Last Waiting Room 19 International area. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2482-2400 Ext. 2208.

Room 26 (International Departures). Reference: Between Last Waiting Rooms 25 and 26 of the International area. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2482-2400 Ext. 2307 y 2283

Room 29 (International Departures). Reference: At the end of the connecting corridor to the Last Waiting rooms 29 to 36. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2482-2400 Ext. 2537 and 2538.

Terminal 2

Room L2 (Departures). Reference: In front of Aeromexico’s documentation area. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2598-7000 Ext. 7073 and 7074.

Room N (International Arrivals, Central and South America). Reference: Ground floor in front of door 1. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2598-7000 Ext. 7076 and 7077.

Room P (International Arrivals). Reference: Ground floor in front of door 3. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2598-7000 Ext. 7078 and 7075.

Room Q (Domestic Arrivals). Reference: Ground floor in front of door 4. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2598-7079 Ext. 7080.

Room M (Domestic Departures). Reference: In front of the access to the Domestic Departures last waiting room. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2598-7000 Ext. 7083.

Room K (International Departure). Reference: In front of the access to the International Departures Last Waiting Room. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Telephone: 55 2598-7000 Ext. 7084.
