Passenger Support Program

  

During the holiday seasons (Winter, Easter, and Summer), the SCT promotes the participation of young people, senior citizens, and people with special needs to provide support to passengers and Airport users.

Guidance and information are provided on airport and commercial services, the location of documentation counters, restaurants, banks, immigration, customs, and airline offices, as well as domestic and international arrivals lounges, cab service, restrooms, public telephones, among others.

The service is warm and friendly, in Spanish and English. They are distributed in the ambulatory, last waiting rooms, national and international arrivals, security filters, both in terminal 1 and terminal 2.

The Passenger Support Program contributes to improving the quality of the transit experience for passengers during peak seasons and is an economic support for the people who are part of it.

By presidential instruction, the Program operates on a permanent basis.
To date, there are 26 people (23 with disabilities, 1 senior citizen, and 2 young students) under contract from August 20 to December 31, 2023.

With a schedule of 07:00 am. to 17:00 hrs.
