Passenger Support Program
- The Passenger Support Program contributes to improving the quality of the transit experience for passengers.
- Guidance and information are provided on airport and commercial services, the location of documentation counters, restaurants, banks, immigration, customs, and airline offices, as well as domestic and international arrivals lounges, cab service, restrooms, public telephones, among others.
- The service is warm and friendly, in spanish and english. The people who provide this support are distributed in the outpatient clinics, national and international arrivals, security filters, both in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
- You’ll recognize them by their distinctive vest.
