As part of the ground services, the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) offers spaces or boarding areas for the use of authorized cabs, the only ones accredited by the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation (SCT) and regulated by the Airport for the provision of the service, which comply with safety, comfort, and quality standards..

This service is offered at Terminal 1, with boarding areas at gate number 1 in the domestic area and gate number 9 and 10 in the international area.

In Terminal 2 the boarding areas are located at gate number 3 international area and gate number 4 domestic area.

The points of sale are in the baggage belt area, ambulatory and in front of the gates in the boarding areas of authorized cabs in both terminals.

There are two types of service:

  • Ordinary, in a sedan type vehicle for 4 passengers, plus the operator.
  • Executive, in cars for 8 passengers, plus the operator.

The operators and support personnel working in the cabs comply with the sanitary regulations established by the Secretariat of Health, the points of sale have antibacterial gel and all units are sanitized daily after each service..
