- Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 hours.

Notes:
- Forgotten property offices receive items found in cabs, Immigration and Customs 15 working days later.
- We suggest you go to the corresponding offices of the Entities or service providers to locate your forgotten belongings.
- For the claim of valuables of more than $500.00 pesos M.N., it is necessary to present, in addition to the above requirements, a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt to prove ownership.
- To claim objects that were left on the plane, you should contact the airline, as it is responsible for this and has its own safekeeping area.
